Once an Energy Needs evaluation is undertaken, the outcome is presented to the client. The outcome will include the possible Energy Solution to the client;

The various Energy solution benefits will also be included.

The Conceptual Technological Solution possible, based on the location of the client.

The formal Preliminary agreement is entered between the Client and Dyambyini Solar Solution, describing the possible options of project funding.

Once the preliminary agreement had been formalised, there will be a team of technical personnel visiting site for detail evaluation and developing and designing the onsite solution.

After several visits and development of solution, the detail solution is provided to client. The final Purchase or funding Agreement will be discussed and concluded.

The Parties engage in the final formalised agreement, which includes the technical details of the deliverables, the funding models and supply details and related period.

  5.1   The Plant Construction

Dyambyini and Associate will undertake the construction of the Plant, Dyambyini will be involved in the civil works, the electricity line construction and other components construction.

While the partner will be overseeing the construction and will implement the technology of the entire plant. Implement the selected option.

5.2      Plant Operation

There will be 2 options in the Operation of the Plant

5.2.1    Full Plant Purchase Option:

In the case the Agreement is to sell the plant to the client:

The Plant payments will be undertaken as per the agreement and the Client personnel will be trained to operate the Plant in terms of the Agreement. Dyambyini and Associate Team involvement on the maintenance will be involved as per the schedule and support services.

            5.2.2     Plant Lease Option:

 The Plant will be Operated by Dyambyini and Associate, the Energy will be supplied to the client with the required Energy as  described in  the Agreement. The Plant will be Operated and Maintained by Dyambyini and Associate for the duration of the      agreements.

5.2.3    Lease to Purchase Agreement 

The Plant will be Operated by Dyambyini and Associates, with the succession Program established to ensure the transfer of skills to the employees of the client. These will be undertaken in terms of the agreement.

5.3    Plant Decommissioning

This phase details will be described in the Agreement.

The Services Parts will be purchased and supplied in terms of the agreement in all the 3 different Options.
